Longleat, stars of BBC’s ‘Animal Park’ have launched their Visitor Review and what a success it has been so far. With pages of positive reviews and photographs the Longleat platform is already gathering an abundance of user-generated content.

Jo Sparrow, marketing and events manager for Longleat says of the platform “We've been delighted with the success of Visitor Review to date. The system hasn't been on our website for long but we've had some really positive feedback which has been great. Staff have also really bought into the concept and are promoting the site to visitors as and when they can!"

Longleat have upgraded their Visitor Review platform to include customised rating subjects. This upgrade allows their online visitors to rate the attraction, which not only sets the platform apart from other social media systems, but also provides invaluable feedback for the venue who are able to gather insightful information direct from their site.
