The Quarry Bank Mill is a beautiful, Grade II listed building and one of the best preserved factories of the Industrial Revolution. Donated to the National Trust in 1939, the Quarry Bank Mill now serves as a museum detailing the trials and triumphs of the cotton industry. Like many other National Trust locations, the Quarry Bank Mill boasts beautiful grounds fit for woodland and riverside walks. The site houses the most powerful water wheel in Europe which alone brings visitors from near and far and during the busy season the Quarry Bank Mill hosts timed tours, where costumed interpreters come to enlighten those interested in its history. With the River Bollin rambling through the mature and stunning English gardens, the Quarry Bank Mill is undoubtedly the perfect venue for both a peaceful and interesting day out.

The Quarry Bank Mill is such an enchanting and compelling venue and the National Trust were keen to establish these qualities in their video production. To highlight the beauty and splendour of the Quarry Bank Mill, Digital Visitor has provided full and thorough footage of the museum and its grounds, truly showcasing this National Trust site in all its glory.

By filming during the summer this film provides material of the gardens at their best. Digital Visitor has captured several outdoor shots from the waterfall to the vegetable patch, showing that the Quarry Bank Mill grounds are both vast and stimulating.
